Information Notice pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

The collection of the Customer's personal data is mandatory in order to execute the contract. The Consumer hereby declares and guarantees that the personal details provided to RJV during the registration and/or purchase process are truthful and accurate. Failure, partial, inaccurate or false collection of the Customer's data by RJV may make it impossible to execute the contract.

RJV guarantees the processing of the Customer's personal data in accordance with and in compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), and ensures that specific security measures are adopted to prevent data loss and/or their illicit use and/or not granted. The data provided by the Customer shall be registered by RJV and used to execute the contract and fulfil all obligations related to the same and, upon obtaining due consent and until revocation of the same, any other activities as illustrated in this “Privacy Policy Information Notice” provided to the Consumer via the Website during the registration phase. The consent of Customers to make their data available for these additional activities is granted by selecting a check button when registering with the Website. This consent is not mandatory for the purposes of stipulation and execution of the contract, and may be revoked at any time.

The data provided by the Customer are processed and stored, in electronic form and, if necessary, on hard medium, for the time required to execute the contract and fulfil the obligations that such execution entails, and in any case for the time prescribed by civil and fiscal laws. If the Customer has expressly given consent for the use of his/her personal data for promotional activities, marketing and customer profiling (whereby the activity is aimed at differentiating offers on the basis of data provided by customers or their behaviour on the Website detected by the monitoring of abandoned carts and/or other parameters), these data shall be used to perform such activities.

Those with access to the Customer's personal data include all managers and/or employees and/or collaborators of RJV assigned to the processing of the contract and the fulfilment of the obligations connected to the same and/or promotional, marketing and customer profiling activities, as well as the managers and/or employees and/or collaborators of other RJV partner enterprises appointed to provide such services. If necessary, the couriers used by RJV to provide shipping services may have access to the personal data provided by the Customer. Such access shall be limited to the time necessary to execute the contract and all related obligations, and the couriers will not be permitted to use the Customer's data for purposes other than the delivery or collection of the products.

RJV uses a ticket service provided by Zendesk Inc., Zendesk Support, to manage support requests in emails sent by customers to the e-mail address This service includes the retention of messages sent by the Customer, the information concerning the same (e-mail address of the sender, date and time the message was sent), the contents of the message (any additional contact information, such as telephone numbers and/or addresses of residence and/or domicile and/or additional email addresses apart from the email address from which the message was sent, or any additional information provided by the Customer in the actual message). The Customer is requested not to enter sensitive data in written communications sent by e-mail to the above e-mail address. RJV undertakes to obscure and remove any sensitive data from the text of the received e-mails, to make them inaccessible to the managers and/or employees and/or collaborators of RJV and other RJV collaborator enterprises. The data collected through the Customer Support service will be processed according to the Privacy Policy of Zendesk Inc. and retained according to the security standards of Zendek Inc. in data centres located in the European Union and/or the United States ( https://www.zendesk .com/company/policies-procedures/regional-data-hosting-policy/ ). These data will not be used in any way for purposes other than Customer Support services. If the Customer does not wish the data relating to his communications sent to the Customer Support service to be retained by the Zendesk service used by RJV, this must be explicitly declared in the communications sent to the Customer Support service.

The Customer is entitled to obtain information as to whether or not his/her personal data exist, to be informed on the content and origin of the same, to verify the accuracy and request updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data, erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed, certification to the effect that the operations have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. The Customer is also allowed to request the erasure of his/her personal data, and object to the processing of the same for legitimate reasons, despite them being relevant to the purpose of the collection, and for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
